Add the selected medicine or update its quantity and directions.

Review the full list before saving, then reopen it to confirm existing medicine lines remain.

Review existing drugsCheck the full list before editing.
Change one lineAdd the selected medicine or update its quantity and directions.
Save and reopenVerify the selected change and every existing drug remain.

Changing one medicine must leave the other prescribed lines intact. The saved visit is the final check.
