Owners manage organisation-level controls. Admins help run clinic operations, finance, stock, and reporting.

Doctors and Locum Doctors start visits, document consultations, prescribe medication, and send visits to dispensary.

Assistants register patients, book appointments, manage the queue, dispense medication, print labels, invoices, and receipts, and record payments where permitted.
